What is one way you have grown this year?

I didn’t grown vertically

Maybe a bit horizontally

But I grew into my soul,

Few stop to smell the air

Or listen to the flag banging

Against its pole, like a ball

And chain our brain and

Body is as much as an

Illusion as our spirit:

So just keep it real,

Keep it light and

Keep it easy
